“@桃”，是用米粉作皮，包入各种馅（甜、咸随各人喜欢），如花生、豆沙、香饭、甜饭等，再用桃形木模，印成有花纹的桃状，蒸熟便是。喜庆或过节则@皮掺进红曲（米字旁曲），使其变成红色，叫“红@桃”
