If "belvedere" refers to a kind of vodka, it must be the premium one from Poland brewed with a very specific kind of rye. Such kind of rye probably only grows in Poland. I worked with several bartenders for a few days and got some from them.

Well, seriously, since the French pronunciation of "belvedere" sounds odd, I thought it might not be a word of that language. When I read architecture books, I might have encountered this word in a chapter introducing Italian design, so I guess it might be Italian. It means kind of like "观望台".

En.. just in case that you are interested, the morphological structure of "belvedere" is appreciable. "bel" might mean beautiful, like in Spanish "bella" (美女), in French "belle"; "ve" means "to see", like in Spanish "ver" (看), in English "view", in French "voir"; "Vini, vidi, vici.", "vidi" means "saw" so I guess "vedere" should be a variation of "to see" in Italian.

Well, all those are just my conjecture based on my limitation of knowledge, so it need to be proven by experts. I hope they could clarify a little.

"raspberry" should be "树莓", a general term for berrylike things...

./"吧台分调酒师跟吧员...酒保说的应该是吧员.不过别人又哪知你是调酒师还是吧员.所以客人都叫吧台的人做酒保了..
