宜兴市摄影协会主席。
其作品《山货换回金凤凰》《国异情同》《江南春夜》《收获金秋》
等30余幅作品入选省影展。《多彩的世界》《垦春泥》 《乌镇上河
图》《春笑》《山村秋晨》等14幅作品在《大众摄影》 发表并获奖
《科学家―周培源》《山乡秀色》《亭亭虞美人》 等百余件作品见
诸于《摄影世界》《国际摄影》《摄影之友》 等专业摄影杂志。作
品《压力》获 1987 年全国当代青年人影赛一等奖。《乌镇上河图》
2002 年入选“福在中国”全国摄影大赛。周惠民在专业新闻摄影工作
中同样取得了出色的业绩，在35年的新闻报道中， 他在全国各类报
刊发表作品3000余件，三次被评为无锡市优秀新闻工作者事迹先后
被收入《中国摄影家大辞典》《中国摄影家全集》。
