my major is automation,but my job is foreign trade,so i have to use English everyday,such read/write email,chat,and speak in the phone.i really want to improve my listening and speaking english,sometimes,it is difficult for me to communicate with someone whose mother tongue is not english,such Indian,german etc.btw,anyone can commend any business english books for me? thanks.

I found Russian accent is very difficult to follow. I think when you talk to those people, you can ask them to slow down and you should pay more attention listen. Then you will be able to follow them.
